Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Our chocolates are packed and shipped using state-of-the-art, temperature sensitive shipping materials to ensure their safe delivery. During cooler months, the chocolates can be shipped via courier for lower costs, however chocolates shipped during warmer seasons need to be delivered using our courier service provider packed in an insulated styrofoam container with ice packs. See Shipping Methods and Shipping Rates for details and pricing. This special packaging costs a little extra, the exact amount depends on the weight and size of the shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

We will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable. If a returned package needs to be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will apply. If the products have melted due to excessive time away from our facility, a second product charge will also apply.

Order Processing

To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, we ship chocolates Monday through Friday in Karachi (for delivery up till Saturday) and Monday through Thursday nationwide (for delivery by up till Saturday). This is so that your chocolates arrive to you within two days of being shipped -- not after being in a warm warehouse over the weekend. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of being received, and sooner if possible.

If you have an extremely time-sensitive order, please indicate this in your special instructions or notify us at info@lals.com.pk For holiday (eid, new years, valentines day) orders, our website will provide guidelines on order deadlines to ensure guaranteed delivery prior to the holiday.

Shipping FAQs

Is shipping an additional cost?

Yes we outsource all deliveries of our delicious chocolates to our shipping partners.

They have been working with us for many years and and experts in the handling and shipping of our delicate confections. In order to make sure they get the products to you in time and in perfect condition we pay them for this service, and charge you accordingly.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes we can, and if you have any additional shipping requirements do not hesitate to contact us.

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we cannot ship our chocolate to international destinations yet, but if need be we can direct you to our shipping partner and they can help arrange this for you. We can also package our chocolate for you in a way that you can take them with you on your flight no matter how far the destination.
